Plan candle favors without last-minute surprises
Favors combine product design with event logistics. The best concept can still fail if quantity, spelling, packaging or delivery is left unresolved. This checklist turns the idea into an order that can be produced reliably.

1. Confirm the real quantity
Count invited guests, family keepsakes, display pieces, vendors who should receive one and a small reserve. Ask whether the quoted unit is one candle, a pair or a boxed set.
2. Set priorities before decoration
Decide the maximum budget, must-have personal detail and event palette. Then choose scent, card, ribbon, label and box. Protect the most meaningful detail if choices need to be simplified.
3. Prepare exact copy
Send names, initials, date and card line as final text, not in voice notes or screenshots alone. Check Arabic and English spelling, number order and punctuation before approving.
4. Approve the direction
Review size, colors, scent, label scale and packaging structure. Handmade pieces can vary slightly; approve the intended range rather than expecting factory-identical surfaces.
5. Protect the deadline
Work backward from the event and leave time for production, packing, quality review and courier movement. Share the venue or delivery contact and avoid making design changes after full production begins.
