By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Product availability, customization, delivery details and final order acceptance may require confirmation by Aromatica.
Products and handmade variation
Products are subject to availability. Hand-poured and hand-finished items may show small differences in color, surface, shape, fragrance appearance or placement; these are normal handmade characteristics unless the item materially differs from the approved specification.
Orders, pricing and payment
Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and customization information. Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and may change before an order is confirmed. Aromatica may correct a material listing error or refuse an order involving suspected fraud, unauthorized activity or unavailable stock. Card payment is processed securely by Paymob.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
Checkout calculates and displays the shipping charge from the selected delivery area and applicable shipment weight before the customer confirms the order. Processing, delivery timing, damage reporting, customized-product returns and cancellation rules are explained on the Shipping & Delivery and Cancellation Policy pages and form part of these terms.
Candle safety
Customers must follow the care and safety instructions supplied with a candle: use a stable heat-safe surface, keep away from children, pets, drafts and flammable objects, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Aromatica is not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the instructions.
Website and intellectual property
Do not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its security or operation. Aromatica text, branding, product designs and original photography may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.
