Shipping, delivery and handmade-order expectations
Aromatica ships across Egypt, and checkout calculates the shipping charge after the customer selects the delivery area. Ready orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days; customized favors and bulk orders may need additional production time. Delivery timing depends on the destination and courier availability.
Shipping rates at checkout
Cairo–Giza: EGP 80; Cairo/Giza suburbs and new cities: EGP 85; Alexandria–Borg El-Arab: EGP 85; Delta: EGP 90; Canal: EGP 95; Upper Egypt: EGP 100; Remote areas: EGP 120. An additional EGP 5 is added for each additional 2 kg of chargeable shipment weight.
Delivery timing
Delivery may require an additional 1–4 days beyond processing. Checkout displays the applicable shipping charge before the customer confirms the order. Courier, weather and public-holiday delays can affect delivery estimates.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact Aromatica within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging. After review, the available resolution may be a replacement, store credit or refund where applicable.
Customized products
Personalized candles, wedding favors, event favors and corporate orders cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. They remain eligible for review if they arrive damaged, defective or materially different from the approved specification.
Used candles
Used, burned, altered or customer-damaged candles cannot be returned for change of mind. Always review the product and packaging before lighting it.
