Privacy policy
Last updated August 2026. Aromatica uses the information needed to prepare orders, coordinate delivery, provide support, protect the checkout and understand website performance. Complete payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Aromatica's website.
Information collected
Depending on the action you take, this may include your name, phone, email, delivery address, order items, gift instructions, support messages and basic website-usage information. The shopping bag may be saved locally in your browser so it remains available between visits.
How information is used
Information is used to create and fulfil orders, confirm availability and delivery, answer enquiries, prevent misuse, maintain records required for business or legal purposes, improve the website and customer experience, and measure the effectiveness of Aromatica advertising.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Aromatica uses Google Analytics and Meta Business Tools, including Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, to understand visits and actions such as viewing a product, adding it to the bag, entering checkout and completing an order. Where an email address or phone number is available for server-side conversion matching, it is normalised and irreversibly hashed with SHA-256 before being sent to Meta. Browser and server events use a shared event identifier to prevent the same action being counted twice.
Google Customer Reviews
After a confirmed order, Google Customer Reviews may offer the customer an optional survey invitation. If the customer opts in, the order reference, confirmation email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date are shared with Google so it can send the survey after delivery. Aromatica does not control the review score or require a positive review.
Service providers
Relevant information may be processed by Paymob for card payments, FormSubmit or email services for order messages, Meta for advertising measurement or requested WhatsApp messaging, couriers for delivery, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Google Analytics for website performance, and Google Customer Reviews for optional post-delivery surveys. Each provider applies its own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and payment data
Aromatica does not sell personal information. Data is shared only when needed for payment, order fulfilment, delivery, support, hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, optional customer reviews, fraud prevention or a legal obligation. Aromatica does not receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.
Security, retention and choices
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet system is completely risk-free. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes and legal records. You may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion where applicable, or stop marketing messages by contacting support@aromatica-eg.com.

External websites and platforms have their own privacy practices. Aromatica may update this policy when the site or its service providers change; the updated date will appear on this page.
