Cancellation policy
Because Aromatica pieces are handmade and many are prepared to order, cancellation requests depend on when the request arrives, whether production has begun and whether the order has been prepared for courier handover.
Standard orders
Request cancellation within 24 hours of placing a standard order by contacting Aromatica through the official WhatsApp number or support email. Once processing, packing or courier handover has begun, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.
Customized and personalized orders
Custom candles, wedding and event favors, and corporate editions may be cancelled only before production begins. Once an approved personalized order enters production, it cannot normally be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded for change of mind.
Approved refunds
When a cancellation is approved and a payment is eligible for refund, Aromatica will use the original payment method whenever possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside Aromatica's direct control.
When Aromatica may cancel
Aromatica may cancel an order because of product unavailability, a material pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, incomplete customer information or circumstances beyond reasonable control. The customer will be notified and any eligible captured payment will be refunded.
